From Scientific Question to Clear Next Step.

A written diligence report: the mechanism and biological rationale assessed; an evidence inventory grading every material claim by source and strength, with gaps kept visibly separate from contrary evidence; the competitive and differentiation position; a ranked scientific and technical risk register; the questions to put to management; and an explicit verdict against your decision.

A written assessment: whether the methods support the claims, which conclusions are well evidenced and which are not, the assumptions carrying the most weight, what a careful reader would challenge, and whether the decision it supports is safe to take.

A construct design with the reasoning behind it — format and architecture, domain order, linkers, tags and signal peptide — the alternatives considered and why they were set aside, and the expression and developability risks to watch.
